1 · Coaching Services

You will receive weekly individual strategy sessions designed to support your professional and personal goals through strategic structure, accountability, and coaching across business, mindset, and wellbeing.

2 · Session Logistics

• Weekly 30–60 minute audio calls via phone, WhatsApp, or Zoom

• Agreed-upon text support between sessions (Monday–Friday)

Punctuality

Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, out of respect for both of our commitments.

Payment

• Payment is due in full on the start date of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Ongoing clients may be billed monthly (every 30 days) or annually.

• Late or failed payments may result in a suspension of services until the balance is resolved.

3 · Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered a missed session and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

• Emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the coach's discretion.

Either party may discontinue services with 30 days' written notice. The coach reserves the right to terminate the engagement immediately in cases of non-payment or violation of this agreement.

4 · Refund Policy

• Payments are non-refundable once sessions have commenced.

• Monthly clients who discontinue before the end of a package will not receive refunds for unused sessions.

• Annual clients who discontinue early will receive a prorated refund for remaining full months, minus the discount applied at the time of purchase. (Example: Annual plan begins in January, discontinued in June — 6 months used × full monthly rate = amount owed; refund = amount prepaid minus that sum. If discontinued after the point at which no discount remains, no refund will be issued.)

• In the unlikely event that the coach cancels or terminates the engagement without cause, all unused prepaid sessions will be refunded in full.

5 · Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All conversations and shared materials are treated with the utmost confidentiality. Your identity, progress, and session content will never be shared without your written consent, except as required by law or in cases of risk of harm to yourself or others. Client records are securely stored and never shared with third parties.

Any materials provided during coaching (templates, worksheets, frameworks) are for your personal use only and may not be shared, duplicated, or repurposed without written permission.

6 · Session Recording & Transcription Important

Please note: Sessions may be “recorded”/ transcribed using AI-assisted tools, including Granola, to support accurate note-taking, action item tracking, and session continuity.

• Transcripts and notes are used solely by the coach for session preparation and follow-up purposes.

• Transcripts are kept confidential and are not shared with third parties, except as required by law.

• By continuing with coaching services, you acknowledge and consent to this practice.

7 · Client Responsibility

Coaching is a collaborative process. While the coach provides structure, guidance, and accountability, your active participation is the essential driver of progress. Results are not guaranteed — your consistent effort is the determining factor in your outcomes.

8 · Coach's Role & Limitations

As your coach, I am here to guide, challenge, and support you across business and personal endeavors. I do not function as a licensed therapist, financial advisor, or legal consultant. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health or medical care.

9 · Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes arising from this agreement will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between both parties.

10 · Agreement & Acceptance

By signing up for and continuing with coaching services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this document. This agreement is effective as of the date services commence.
